Would you like to get involved and help us shape our services?


Your opinions and views about our services are important to us, and we want you to have a say in how they are delivered.  We have a number of different ways in which you can get involved in helping us improve and monitor the services we offer.

Ways to get involved

We want to be an open, learning and listening Landlord. We are always aiming to improve the quality of our services based on what you tell us you want.

We do this by:

  • Running regular Tenancy Council meetings 
  • Asking for feedback (using our feedback cards and satisfaction survey)

We then use this feedback to make our services better. 


 

Tenancy Council

We’re always looking for more people to join our Tenancy Council which meets three-times a year. This is your opportunity to get involved and make suggestions and decisions about the way we do things.

By joining you can:

  • Represent yourself and other Tenants views
  • Support and promote positive changes for all Tenants
  • Discuss new ways to help make your life and your fellow Tenants lives more comfortable
  • Meet Tenants from other properties

Tenant Satisfaction Survey

Each year we send out a Tenant Satisfaction Survey to all Tenants. This survey is to find out how you feel about the services we provide. Your answers show us what you think we could do better and help us to make decsisions when planning and improving our services.

Feedback Cards

Our maintenance team will ask you to complete one of our Feedback cards after they have carried out any repairs for you. We ask you to complete these cards when repairs are carried out in your flat or in the communal areas as it helps us to know how well the contractors we use are working and if we can improve the service we offer you. 

Please take a few minutes to complete the card and give it back to the contractor. If you do not wish to give the card back to them, please bring it into the office.


As well as continuing to listen to your comments at house meetings, Tenancy Council meetings, feedback cards and survey responses, we are always looking at other ways in which you can help us to continuously improve the services we offer you.
