When to call your landlord when the office is closed

 

If you need to report a repair you can do this anytime using our online report a repair form. You can also call the office on 01622 324 500 Monday-Friday 8.30 am - 6 pm. Alternatively, you can pop into the office which is open Monday-Friday, 10 am -2 pm.

If you need to report an emergency repair you should call the landlord mobile 07514 452 326 immediately.

 

What is an emergency

An emergency is something that could not have been foreseen, and which could cause serious damage to you or the property. For example:

• Severe leaks
• If you smell gas 
• Loss of electrical power or light
• Blockage of your only toilet
• Loss of heating or hot water
• Broken windows or doors following a break-in

 

Out of hours emergencies

If you have an emergency when our office is closed, please make sure it's an emergency before contacting the landlord on 07514 452326. For anything else please wait until the office is open, use our online report a repair form or use our contact form
